Information you choose to enter
The assistant can receive the message you type and structured details you choose to provide. The calculators and comparison tool use figures entered in the browser. The website does not require registration, account credentials, a full address, account number, MPAN, MPRN, bank details or date of birth. Do not enter sensitive information.
How the assistant handles a conversation
When you use the assistant, it receives the message and structured details you choose to provide. The website uses a short-lived conversation state to keep the current conversation together and checks that state before processing it. The message may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The request is made with storage disabled (store: false); OpenAI’s handling is also governed by its terms.
Website storage and diagnostics
The website does not require an account and does not create a persistent chat-transcript store. A comparison-to-assistant handoff uses temporary browser session storage. The website records request identifiers, timing, classifications and limited service information for diagnostics, but does not log message text or conversation contents.
Rate protection and technical data
The assistant applies limits to request size, message length and conversation length, and uses short-lived request records to help reduce ordinary abuse. This does not create a permanent customer profile. Hosting, security and AI service providers may also process technical information under their own terms.
