What the site provides
The site provides general energy information, entered-figure calculators, an entered-figure tariff comparison and an AI assistant that helps organise questions. Check current supplier terms and official guidance for your own circumstances.
What the site does not provide
The site is not an energy supplier, supplier account service, financial adviser or whole-of-market comparison service. It does not provide live quotations from multiple suppliers, identify the cheapest supplier, guarantee savings or make a definitive legal or regulatory decision.
Information you enter
Do not enter passwords, bank details, full addresses, account identifiers or sensitive documents. Calculator and comparison results are illustrations based on the figures and assumptions you enter, not supplier statements or guarantees.
Sponsored referrals
The site may earn a referral commission from energy providers. Utility Warehouse is the current sponsored referral partner. Sponsored offers are labelled, optional and separate from the general guidance. Any contract, quotation or supplier service is between you and the relevant provider; the site does not claim that Utility Warehouse is cheapest.
Sources and changes
Energy rules, prices, supplier terms and source material can change. We try to show checked sources and dates where relevant, but you remain responsible for checking current information before acting.
Contact and legal operator
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@switch-gas-electric.co.uk. For your security, please don't include passwords, bank details or sensitive account information in your email. ZIEGAL LTD is the legal operator; the registered office is 5 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, M1 3BR.
